Formerly known as the IAA Commercial Vehicles, the event has now expanded its range of topics and exhibitors under the new name IAA Transportation. As well as showcasing various vehicle innovations, the trade fair will also include exhibitions on logistics, transport and the digitisation of commercial transport on the road to climate neutrality. AMK Automotive will be there presenting our innovative in-vehicle compressed air supply solutions:
Air suspension compressors
Our AMK air suspension compressors are an innovative air supply product for air suspension systems. Our compressors are distinguished by their compact, modular design.
The two-stage operating principle of our dry-running compressors opens up completely new possibilities in terms of the achievable pressure level, duty cycle, adjustment times and energy efficiency. It is not least for this reason that AMK compressors are especially suitable for use in SUVs and widely established on the market.
The integrated air dryer unit with optional quick-release function ensures a supply of clean, dry compressed air under all climatic conditions. The air dryer operates regeneratively and is 100% maintenance-free. An electric relay valve and a mechanical relief valve guarantee reliable, safe operation without the need for additional external components.
Electronically controlled air suspension ECAS
Our innovations drive movement in the commercial vehicles sector. Our latest development is electronically controlled air suspension, or ECAS.
The ECAS system uses an electronic height sensor, which transmits real-time data to the vehicle’s ECU. This unit automatically calculates whether the pressure in the bellows above the magnetic valve needs to be adjusted, making suspension more efficient.
